Date Please mail your completed membership application form to the above address along with a $12.00 membership fee for membership renewal. For new members, from November 1 to April 31 membership fee will be $12.00, May 1 to October 31, your membership fee will be $6.00 for the remainder of the year, then November 1, you can renew a full year membership.
