Fiddle Instructors

Two levels of fiddle instruction are available to members through the year from September to June. They take place on Monday evenings, concurrent with the regular jam in the main hall.

Students are invited to join in the jam circle after lessons to practice what they are learning. You don’t have to be a member to try out a lesson or two - you can sign up for membership when you decide to stay with lessons.

Tunes Workshop

A weekly Tunes Workshop for more intermediate level fiddlers is available from  8:30-9:30 pm on Monday nights at the Marshall Centre.

Beginner Fiddle Lessons

We host regular weekly beginner fiddle lessons on Monday nights from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the basement of Pleasantview Community Centre.

Below are instructors who have agreed to have their names listed on our website. We cannot comment or provide an endorsement for these fiddlers however most are members of either the Wild Rose Old Tyme Fiddlers Association and/or the Alberta Society of Fiddlers.

If there are any other fiddle instructors who would like to be part of this listing, please contact President Susanne Blundon  at  780-267-9333  or by email.
