The Wild Rose Old Tyme Fiddlers Association was proud to be a sponsor of the 2026 Canadian Grand Masters (CGM) Fiddle Competition held in High River, Alberta, August 28, 29 . Randy Jones and Barb Haney were the co-chairs, with Wild Rose providing several volunteers to assist. A great time was had by all, with the venue being sold out for the dance. Well done Randy, Barb and the CGM Team! You did Alberta proud.

is being held in Valleyfield Quebec, August 27, and 28.
October 23 to Oct 26, 2025 was a very special and historic event in Fiddle Music. Calvin Vollrath and wife Rhea put together and held "The North American Fiddler's Convention. The Wild Rose Fiddlers Association hosted a jam where (by the club president's count) there were over ONE HUNDRED fiddlers in the lobby of the Edmonton Hotel. Special thanks to Donna Ingram for leading the large jam.
